The Houston Council of Women in Tech is dedicated to empowering women in technology-related fields and shaping the future of the tech industry. We are working towards launching our Scholarship Program, in partnership with our corporate sponsors. This is designed to provide support to low income high school and college girls pursuing technology degrees as well as to provide opportunities for continuing education. With our scholarship program, we aim to not only financially support these women but also provide them with a community of like-minded individuals and opportunities for professional development. By investing in these women, we are not only helping them reach their goals but also positively influencing the future of the tech industry in Texas.

Qualifications

  • Our scholarship program will be open to high school and college girls, as well as women who are returning to school and pursuing careers in technology.
  • Recipients must be residents of Houston, Texas.
  • Passion for Technology: To be considered for our scholarship program, you must be passionate about technology and have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the field.
