She’s focused on disruptive innovative technology with a career that spans BEA Systems, Oracle, Worksoft, Pegasystems and Siemens Digital Industries, focused on the Mendix product portfolio.

As a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion, Melanie holds a strong desire to empower women and improve diversity in the tech industry. She’s held a number of roles in non profit sectors and is on a mission to improve awareness of technology and provide opportunities for the underserved to change their lives by working in technology.

Throughout her career, Melanie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a talent for building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues alike. She is a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high- quality work.
