We strive to accomplish our mission through 3 core pillars:
Connection through events
We believe that connecting women with a community that understands and believes in them opens the door for professional and personal growth. We hold various events such as monthly social networking meetups that are open to all as well as member only events like executive exchanges, roundtable discussions, book clubs and debates.
Inspiration through Outreach
When we share our journey’s, others learn and benefit from our experience. We aim to increase awareness and ignite a passion for STEM careers through community outreach. We welcome inspirational guest speakers on a variety of topics. We also are working to establish programs for Texas schools such as coding clubs and ensuring women technologists speak at career day sessions. We also are developing a mentorship program in which we pair mid-level professionals with senior level executives for a quarter of connection over purposeful events.
Elevation through Mentorship and Professional Development
We are on a mission to elevate ourselves and one another. We are working to award grants for educational opportunities in tech. Members host knowledge sessions on their particular role, field and journey, to skill-up the next woman. We will also offer skill sessions on topics ranging from coding/low code workshops, agile boot-camps, product design and more.
